The SWOP Official Publications Directory has been designed primarily as a web-based information resource, which can be printed out where necessary. The aim is not to duplicate information available on each of the individual organisations websites, but to link to these sites. Links included within the Directory pages of the site may also be used elsewhere on the site as appropriate.

The directory is systematically updated on an annual basis, however additional amendments will be accepted throughout the year. If you wish to have an entry in the directory, please could you fill in the appropriate part / parts of this form.

Form – Part A – official publication collections

• For details of any organisations (e.g. academic libraries, public libraries, specialist libraries) with a specific interest in, and collections of, official publications

Form – Part B –  publishers

• For details of those organisations which publish official publications

Thanks are due to all the representatives from libraries and other organizations in Scotland who provided information about their collections, and to Anne Martin, formally of, Scottish Executive Information and Library Service, who devised the new formats and drove the project forward.
