UK National Union Catalogue (UKNUC)

This Feasibility Study, running from May to December 2000, and led by Sheffield University Library, is undertaking a review of key issues that impinge on the creation of a National Union Catalogue, or Catalogues, for monographs, serials and other formats for the UK. The primary focus will be UK higher education and national library catalogues and collections, though the public library, further education and research council sectors will also be consulted. A major component of the Study will be an investigation into the possibilities of a union serials catalogue for the UK.
